2020 Jubilee was amazing!
2021 Jubilee Women’s Gathering is going to be awesome as well.
Jubilee Women’s Gathering is an annual event for the women of Longview to gather to worship God
and celebrate what God has done and will continue to do in the lives of the women in our city.
We invite all the women of Longview to come as you are for food, fellowship, worship and celebration! Due to our desire for the women of Longview to still be able to gather together at an in-person event while also following social distancing guidelines, Jubilee will look different than previous years. Jubilee 2020 will be held outside at the beautiful Longview Arboretum and Nature Center and will have more of a worship concert feel. We will have a shorter message than usual from a local speaker, the amazing Katie Zappasodi - you won’t want to miss what she has to say! We want everyone to bring a lawn chair or blanket, spread out a safe distance, grab some snacks from some local vendors, and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation as you worship and hear an inspiring message of hope.
2020 Jubilee Guests
Katie Zappasodi
We are so excited to welcome local speaker Katie Zappasodi this year! Katie has a powerful story of God’s goodness and provision as she navigates this world recently widowed with 3 young children. “God is good all the time” has been her constant message throughout her grieving process. In this season of uncertainty, fear, and loss for so many in our community, we all need to hear the message of the everlasting hope that can only be found in Christ!
Jessica Terry
We are thrilled to have Jessica Terry back to lead worship for the 4th year in a row! Jessica is a Longview native and worship leader with Austin Stone Worship in Austin, TX.
TICKETS - SOLD OUT!
We strongly encourage you to buy your tickets early in order to guarantee admission. Ticket sales may be limited in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. Make sure to follow Jubilee Women’s Gathering on Facebook so you will stay in the loop when registration opens in early October!
FOOD
We will have 2 refreshment options for purchase at Jubilee this year:
Heartisans trailer will have popcorn, seasoned crackers, chocolate treats, lemonade, tea, and hot chocolate for sale. Your purchases from Heartisans directly impact women in our community by providing them training and employment opportunities.
Coffee & T’s truck will be serving the most delicious coffee and espresso drinks! Check out their
menu here.
Please feel free to bring your own dinner from home or your favorite take out restaurant. There’s plenty of room at the Arboretum to spread out on a blanket or lounge in a fold-out chair, enjoy beautiful worship music, and take in the beauty of fall in East Texas!
